Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with Laravel, Elixir, Rust (or similar back-end frameworks) and high-performance applications
- Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, and real-time data processing
- Experience building scalable systems that handle mission-critical operations
- Passion for solving complex technical challenges in live production environments
- Methodical approach to performance optimization and system reliability
