Your Role
As a Backend Engineer on our Growth team, you shape the retention experience for our customers while boosting the productivity and efficiency of our Retention Agents. You ensure a seamless, best-in-class subscription journey that feels effortless and reliable when booking a follow-up car. This means building robust integrations with internal departments, intuitive tools that supercharge our Retention Agents, and innovative customer-facing solutions that elevate the entire experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Do it, do it, automate it: Simplify, automate and optimize processes that are currently carried out manually using no-code tools as Make or Retool (20%) and solid hard code implementation (80%).
- You build it, you run it: Build features and take ownership for testing, deployment and monitoring of your code. Yes, we believe in Serverless!
- Share your technical expertise: Play a driving technical role in the Backend team. You will be able to share your technical knowledge and engineering best practices, as well as shape technical discussions to deliver the best possible solutions.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a hands-on mindset.
- Proficient in Javascript and Typescript.
- Experience with React is preferred.
- Knowledge in SQL, Docker and building HTTP APIs or with serverless applications is a plus.
- Experience with Git and traditional PR review processes is a plus.
- Previous experience in an agile development team.
- Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
- Fluency in English.
