About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Backend C# Developer who enjoys building reliable, scalable backend systems and uses modern AI development tools to improve productivity without compromising code quality.
You'll develop APIs, backend services, and data-processing applications while collaborating closely with experienced engineers in a fast-moving remote environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong backend fundamentals with an AI-first engineering mindset.
This is a hands-on mid-level backend engineering role focused on building production systems rather than leading teams or managing people.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of commercial backend C#/.NET development experience (2–6 years preferred)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong experience building REST APIs
- Solid SQL Server and relational database skills
- Experience debugging and maintaining production applications
- Regularly uses AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of their daily workflow.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience with Azure
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Entity Framework
- Experience integrating AI or third-party APIs
