We are a cloud-based, innovative software company specializing in quality management solutions for the pharma and medical device industries. Our flagship product, Dot Compliance Suite, helps organizations transition from paper-based processes to electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our platform, collaborating closely with product and professional services teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance the Dot Compliance Suite application
- Design and implement features that improve user experience and system performance
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality, scalable code
- Build and maintain cloud-based microservices on AWS
- Develop applications on the Force.com platform
- Provide technical support for production environments
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to align with business needs
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Analyze business models and customer requirements to design Salesforce solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Proven experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS)
- Experience developing cloud-based microservices on AWS
- Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL /MongoDB
- Passion and experience with clean code principles and code architecture best practices
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Independent learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (advantage)
- Experience with Java and Python is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university/college
