We're looking for a Contract Content Manager & Copywriter for a 6-month contract role to help elevate our B2B2C marketing and support a wide range of strategic content initiatives. This is a critical role for our marketing strategy and overall company growth.

Reporting to the Director of Content Strategy and Operations, you’ll create and manage compelling content that drives awareness, enrollment, and engagement among our prospective and active members, HR and communications teams, and ecosystem partners. You’ll also design and organize assets within our digital asset management (DAM) platform, ensuring content is consistent, on-brand, and easily accessible across all channels.

You’ll never be bored—this role touches a wide variety of content, campaigns, and assets, from educational materials and email sequences to partner toolkits, landing pages, and more. This is a 6-month contract position. The compensation range for this role is $50-$60 per hour and will support around 25-30 hours per week. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Conceptualize, write, and edit engaging member/B2C messaging that upholds the Carrum Health brand voice and tone across email, push notifications, articles, one-pagers, and other formats as needed.
  • Create both short- and long-form content that creates awareness, inspires, educates, and drives action across all of our key audiences—including members, HR and benefits leaders, and healthcare partners.
  • Manage and organize marketing collateral within our brand portal and backend platform used to support a scalable graphic solution.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners to support and deploy best-in-class marketing messaging and communications.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You bring a minimum of 4-6 years in copywriting, copyediting, design, marketing, and communications creating assets such as blog posts, web copy, email campaigns, case studies, etc. 
  • Have a strong understanding of core design principles (layout, readability, accessibility, brand alignment) to effectively create or brief and collaborate with creatives and ensure content is visually engaging and on-brand.
  • Experience working within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including organizing, tagging, and maintaining content libraries to ensure assets are easily accessible, up-to-date, and on-brand.

  • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong portfolio of both short and long form content 
  • Excellent writing and ability to express complex terms in simplified manner
  • Experience with InDesign or Figma and experience in the healthcare space is a plus
