Requirements

Enterprise Solutions & Technical Expertise

Expertise in B2B data, customer journeys, and analytics, with a strong ability to integrate and optimize for business growth. Skilled at translating complex business needs into actionable Adobe platform solutions.

B2B Marketing Expertise

Experience with marketing solutions and a strong passion for continuous learning and skill development!

Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – drive adoption and alignment through engaging C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and technical collaborators with engaging stories and product demonstrations using client insights, standard methodologies, and practical B2B examples!

Project & Collaborator Management – Proven track record leading multiple enterprise engagements, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.

Committed and productive – Capable of working efficiently, adapting to diverse B2B market conditions, and ensuring timely completion of critical projects.

Thought leadership- Improve sales enablement and scalability through improving knowledge transfer, crafting reusable assets, and guiding internal teams on standard methodologies for B2B client engagements.

This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to encourage confidence in our platform’s ability to drive business outcomes.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 -- $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
