We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and business clients, providing high-level service, support, and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and experience working with corporate or small-business customers.

Essential Functions

  • Primarily, the Account Manager guides the customer order experience from start to close:
  • Assist the customer with order entry, including offering complimentary product suggestions or accessories.
  • Ensure timely delivery by interfacing with the supply chain and/or distribution teams as needed.
  • Resolve client issues by identifying the root cause and coordinating with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, billing, technical support)
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and order tracking in CRM or ERP systems
  • Monitor and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or leadership as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client feedback and process insights

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to solve problems independently, relying on existing procedures/policies as your guide.
  • Prompt, efficient and professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook). Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Account Management or B2B Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Travel not mandatory, but opportunities 1-2 times a year offered.
  • The position is fully remote, however if the candidate prefers to be in office, we have locations in the following cities (relocation not offered):
  • o  King of Prussia, PA
  • o   Dallas, TX
  • o   Columbus, OH
