eWord Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Account Executive to propel our company to the next level by growing our client base in outsourced paralegal services, specifically targeting California law firms. If you are a legal sales specialist with a proven ability to build business relationships and expand client portfolios, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic sales professional who excels in lead generation, consultative selling, and relationship management.  This role requires building strong connections with senior-level executives, establishing new accounts, and nurturing existing ones.  Candidates must reside in California.  Experience in the California workers' compensation sector is a plus, though we welcome all qualified applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, build, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals within the California legal market.
  • Drive revenue growth, focusing on acquiring new accounts and developing new opportunities.
  • Create tailored solution proposals to meet client needs and support business objectives.
  • Track and manage sales activities through CRM tools, providing regular updates and accurate forecasts.
  • Conduct meetings via phone, video, and in-person to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Represent eWord Solutions at conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.

Requirements:

  • Legal Industry Expertise: Experience in sales of legal support services, ideally in legal process outsourcing (LPO) or paralegal solutions, with strong knowledge of law firm operations.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Executive Presence: Confidence in engaging with C-suite executives to drive strategic conversations.
  • Network Building: Ability to quickly identify decision-makers in the legal and insurance sectors to support growth.
  • Lead Generation Skills: Experience in multi-channel lead generation, including social media, LinkedIn, email and call campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Communication Excellence: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Remote Role: This is a work-from-home position with travel up to 40%.
