The Azure Cloud Architect will design and implement Azure solutions, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure security compliance across environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Expertise in Azure Services: Deep knowledge of various Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Cloud Architecture Principles: Understanding of cloud design patterns, security best practices, and cost optimization strategies.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify solutions.
- Ensuring Security, Scalability, and Performance:
- Implementing security controls, optimizing for scalability, and monitoring performance to meet organizational requirements.
- Optimizing Cloud Infrastructure:
- Managing costs, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Create and implement a migration plan for each infrastructure service, system, and/or application that will be transitioned to Azure
- Create architecture and data flow diagrams for hybrid cloud environments
- Ensure seamless interoperability between on-premises and cloud environments
- Implement and enforce security requirements to protect Azure-based systems and data
Job Requirements
- Multiple years of experience or related work in a professional environment. (5-7+)
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security or related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) &/or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions
- Experience with a variety of cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). - Expert with industry- specific compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of emerging security trends and technologies.
