The Opportunity

LoopMe is hiring a Regional Vice President of Sales, West to aggressively drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region. This is a senior, frontline leadership role for a proven sales executive who thrives in competitive environments, leads from the front, and knows how to win complex, high-value enterprise deals.

You will own the West Region P&L, set the regional sales strategy, and build a dominant market presence with top agencies, brands, and trading desks. This role requires a strong operator—someone who can both close business personally and scale a team that consistently outperforms the market.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and aggressively grow West Coast revenue across new and existing accounts, consistently exceeding regional and global targets
  • Define and execute the West region sales strategy, turning market opportunity into predictable revenue
  • Personally drive and close high-impact, complex deals with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance sales organization, setting a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence
  • Expand LoopMe’s footprint within holding companies, top independents, and strategic brand-direct relationships
  • Partner closely with Client Success, Product, and Operations to deliver exceptional outcomes and long-term client value
  • Serve as the senior commercial leader and face of LoopMe across the California and the PNW market

RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • A proven track record of closing complex digital advertising or ad tech solutions at scale with agencies, brands, and trading desks
  • A deep, established network (“black book”) of senior agency and advertiser relationships on the West coast region
  • Demonstrated success building and executing regional sales plans that deliver sustained revenue growth
  • Expert-level understanding of mobile and/or video advertising, including programmatic ecosystems, exchanges, and self-serve platforms
  • Strong leadership instincts with experience recruiting, developing, and motivating elite sales talent
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to win in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution—able to identify client needs and convert them into long-term, scalable partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Proven experience leveraging Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecasting, deal execution, and team performance
