What you will do

Business Management

  • Set and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Drive pipeline generation campaigns
  • Provide deal oversight and executive sponsorship
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue management
  • Partner cross-functionally to achieve business objectives

People Management

  • Recruit and attract top sales talent
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs
  • Drive continuous skills development and coaching
  • Build and maintain high-performing sales teams
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability

Revenue Management

  • Achieve and exceed regional booking targets
  • Ensure healthy pipeline metrics and conversion rates
  • Optimize deal cycles and win rates
  • Manage resource allocation effectively
  • Drive profitable growth and market expansion

Requirements
  • Proven track record in Cyber Security sales leadership
  • Established network of CISOs, Channel Partners, ISV Partners, and Account Executive talent
  • Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments (Series B startup experience preferred)
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and developing successful sales teams
  • Experience in building and executing regional go-to-market strategies
