The Opportunity
The AVP, Revenue Enablement and Insights is responsible for accelerating revenue growth by operationalizing market, competitor and client insights into actions that improve pipeline health, velocity and growth. This leader partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology to improve account prioritization, drive more effective go-to-market execution and enable pipeline health and velocity. A component of this role is to develop and implement AI agents (in governed workflows) that augment revenue enablement activities such as competitor and account intelligence and opportunity alerts while ensuring appropriate controls.
A key component of this role is to reimagine MIM's go-to-market approach across the client lifecycle, including opportunity identification through client insights, sales, onboarding, and servicing (end-to-end client experience), to drive acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and retention in alignment with MIM's growth objectives. This includes developing and implementing AI-enabled capabilities (within governed and compliant workflows) that augment revenue enablement efforts while ensuring appropriate controls.
Success in this position requires establishing relationships with our Global Client Group, Legal & Compliance teams and Marketing counterparts, such as Customer Insights & Analytics, as well as being proactive and collaborative, thinking strategically and driving towards implementation success

Key Responsibilities
- Partners closely with business stakeholders to identity opportunities, translating market, client, and competitive insights into prioritized account strategies aligned to business objectives. Uses data to identify where and how opportunities can be advanced through the pipeline.
- Strategically leverage data to identify target opportunities for MIM's investment solutions, support development and tracking of account plans and use data to see where we can move the opportunity along
- Leads insight-led account planning in partnership with Global Client Group leadership, product teams, client marketers, and strategy teams
- Integrates client, sales, and third-party investor data (including signal data) to develop a holistic view of demand, enabling clear targeting recommendations, aligned sales and marketing actions, and confident activation by distribution teams
- Analyzes buying-journey data to uncover decision drivers, friction points, and moments of influence, equipping sales and marketing teams with actionable insights that improve relevance, timing, and conversion
- Acquires and analyzes data that will support the sales and marketing process providing better understanding of the investor's buying journey and enabling MIM to provide target investors with data and insights that assist them in the decision making/buying process
- Ensures sales and 3rd party sourced data required is available - supporting data foundation work
- Enhances development and use of the MIM Client Data Lake to support business cases defined with marketing leads
- Ties revenue enablement technology to MIM's business strategy further developing our use of tools such as Seismic
- Define and lead effort to orchestrate a cohesive go-to-market approach across the client lifecycle, encompassing sales, onboarding, and servicing, to drive acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and retention in line with MIM's growth goals
- Redefine how insights, data, and tools are delivered to client-facing teams to improve effectiveness and productivity across the revenue lifecycle
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities (within governed and compliant workflows) to deliver competitive and account intelligence, opportunity and signal-based alerts, and insight activation at scale
- Partner with Technology, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to ensure appropriate controls, transparency, and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 15+ years of marketing-related experience, with at least 10 years in the investment management industry
- Demonstrated experience leading go-to-market transformation across data-driven and digital sales
- Strong understanding of institutional, intermediary, and retail client needs, including the role of data and digital in enabling sales, relationship management, and commercial outcomes
- Experience operating within matrixed, global organizations, partnering across functions and regions
- Proven ability to operate effectively in environments with regulatory, legal, and compliance constraints

- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred
