About the Role.

The AVP, PURE Advisors leads PURE’s in-house sales advisory and account executive team. Role accountabilities will focus on enhancing PURE’s direct to consumer capabilities to create a world class experience through (1) focus on the member/ prospect (2) strategic thought leadership, and (3) collaborative yet

influential internal partnership.

What You’ll do.

World Class Experience and Operational Excellence:

  • Provide a world class purchase and service experience, tailored to the needs of the high net worth segment.

  • Combine effectiveness and efficiency to generate a meaningful purchase and member experience. Maximize customer sales outcomes generated from driven calls and online inquiries.

    • Effectiveness – Ensure Sales Advisors and Account Executives are appropriately trained and consistently deploying the most effective behaviors and techniques.   

    • Efficiency – Choreograph talent strategies while leveraging advanced CRM and telephony tools to establish efficient lead handling protocols.

Critical Thinking and Execution:

  • Recommend and execute strategies that enhance sales funnel throughput.

  • Use creativity and an owner-like mindset to consider a variety of alternatives to realize objectives.

  • Run measurable tests and exploration initiatives designed to further elevate PURE’s premier product and service offerings.

  • Experience with multi-channel distribution and an appreciation of interaction scenarios.

  • Understand the high net worth personal lines insurance segment and its similarities and difference to down-market offerings.

Organizational Collaboration and Influence:

  • Persistent pursuit of progress while maintaining awareness and sensitivity to other corporate priorities and distribution channels.

  • Work closely with marketing and analytics partners to provide feedback on lead performance.

  • Model the demeanor and collaboration that generates goodwill among peers and support toward business initiatives.

  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of sales professionals.

What we’re looking for.

  • Minimum of 7 years of Property and Casualty insurance sales experience with demonstrated career advancement.

  • Call center / inside sales experience required.

  • Experience leading teams/ operations to realize exceptional outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Previous work experience with high net worth clientele preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate trust while developing and engaging a diverse team.

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly (written and verbal) while tailoring to audience. 

  • Experience effectively leading projects modelling attention to detail, analytical and solid problem solving skills; proficient in excel, word, web applications.

  • Agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situations.

  • Comfort leading through change and ambiguity.

The base salary for this role can range from $120,000 to $140,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
