Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
As the AVP, Consumer Marketing & Growth, you will be instrumental in driving consumer acquisition, activation, and incremental spend for SYF’s portfolio of furniture, appliance, and electronics retailers across buying group, associations and key relationships. This role focuses on leveraging B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies that enhance the consumer credit experience, increase cardholder engagement, and drive incremental sales through tailored promotions and seamless integration of SYF credit offerings at all relevant consumer touchpoints.
You will lead the development and execution of innovative consumer marketing programs designed to build loyalty, increase repeat usage, and deepen the engagement of cardholders with SYF’s financing products. Working closely with our independent retail partners and internal teams, you will integrate financing offers into the broader consumer shopping journey — both online and in-store — to optimize consumer activation and maximize penetration of SYF’s credit products within targeted customer segments.
This role demands a strategic marketer passionate about consumer insights, digital marketing innovation, and delivering measurable growth through dynamic, omnichannel campaigns and best-in-class consumer experiences aligned with SYF’s independent retailer modules.
