Job Description
UOB Private Bank is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5 million and above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.
We are seeking to hire outstanding individuals for its Segment Insights & Digital Engagement team. The team is accountable for client lifecycle management, campaign strategy and execution, digital channel enablement and optimization, AI/ML model development, segment insights and data solutioning. The team plays a critical role in accelerating business growth, improving operational efficiency and enhancing client experiences. The candidate should bring domain expertise in financial services, with proven experience in working with Generative AI tools and workflows, including applying quality assurance checks to GenAI-generated content.
Job Responsibilities
- Review GenAI-generated content used in wealth advisory and marketing campaigns, to ensure it is tailored to the target audience and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Conduct sample checks of each campaign for tone, factual accuracy and adherence to communication standards. Identify and escalate content issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation of review outcomes and feedback.
- Monitor trends and patterns in GenAI output to proactively address recurring issues.
- Ensure correct branding and templates are consistently applied across all communication channels.
- Monitor campaign deployment to ensure timely delivery to the intended audience.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness of future campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, campaign manager and compliance teams to refine GenAI workflows and improve GenAI content quality.
- Contribute to the development of the Quality Assurance framework and checklists tailored to GenAI content review.
Job Requirements
Who are we looking for :
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to content quality and accuracy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content review, editorial quality assurance or communications within financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of content governance, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance in financial communications.
- Sound knowledge of wealth and investment products, with the ability to apply this understanding in content review and communication.
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools and workflows, with practical understanding of their role in content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across diverse functions.
- Strong command of English and Mandarin languages, with proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, prioritise deliverables to meet timelines efficiently and able to adapt to changes in priorities quickly.
Education / Experience Requirements
- A degree in Banking, Business Management or any business-adjacent fields.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of wealth management and investment products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, programming (SAS, Python) and BI tools (Qlik, MSBI, Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
