Manage AV/LV projects on construction sites as primary client and trade contact. Plan and schedule work, ensure quality and profitability, issue work orders, manage change orders, read and distribute blueprints, maintain status in DTools, and provide hands-on troubleshooting across rough/trim/final phases.
You Are:

You Have:
- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

- Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
- Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
- Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
- Status updates in Project Management Software (DTools) at all times.
