Role Title: Automation & Solution Architect (GCB 4)
Function: Finance System Operations
Role Description:
Senior technical lead for Finance EUC automation scale-up. Accountable for end-to-end technical delivery across demand intake, requirements analysis, build & test, production deployment and RTB change management. Provides consultative input during opportunity scoping, ensuring solutions are feasible and aligned to IT-governed platforms (e.g., Alteryx/ADM) and established controls/guardrails. Leads technical documentation, testing evidence aligned to agreed closure criteria, and supports controlled releases. Partners with Finance Domain BA, POD Lead and platform support to ensure stable, supportable automation.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Lead & Design automation for EUC (End User Computing) remediation, using AI workflow automation to reduce operational risk, improve control compliance, and accelerate remediation at scale.
- Act as Solution Architect for the end-to-end remediation across Python & Alteryx / FRAME platform, aligning delivery to risk, control, and technology standards.
- Knowledge of Finance process landscape & core systems
- Identify and prioritize EUC remediation opportunities and translate them into an automation roadmap
- Design and deliver AI-assisted remediation capabilities with prompt engineering
- Build automation pipelines to streamline discovery, assessment, remediation tracking, and evidence generation.
- Define human-in-the-loop operating model for AI outputs (review, approval, exception handling) to ensure accountable decision-making
- Familiarity with Python, IT-managed automation platforms e.g., Alteryx
- Experienced in managing end-to-end Testing lifecycle i.e., Unit Testing, SIT, UAT
- Strong in Stakeholder management
- Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, and Project Manager skills set are desirable
