Cloud Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Integration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure platforms. This role focuses on Kubernetes-based environments, cloud networking, and DevOps practices, with opportunities to explore emerging technologies such as Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
What you will do:
• Design, configure, deploy, and manage Kubernetes environments in production• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Linux, Kubernetes, and configuration management systems• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery• Develop and maintain automation using YAML, shell scripting, and tools like Ansible• Manage and optimize containerized applications and microservices architectures• Implement and support cloud-native networking solutions, including load balancing and network policies• Work with distributed storage systems (e.g., NetApp/Ceph) to ensure data availability and performance• Apply cloud-native security principles and best practices across infrastructure and applications• Support deployment and lifecycle management of containerized network functions (VNFs/CNFs)• Contribute to GenAI/RAG solutions and LLM-based applications
The skills you bring:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science• Strong experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment and operations• Solid debugging skills in Linux environments• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including:
o TCP/IP
o Routing and switching
o L2/L3 networking protocols
o Cluster networking• Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as:
o Git, Jenkins, GitLab
o Jira, Confluence
o Ansible or similar automation tools• Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies• Experience with Python, YAML and shell scripting• Familiarity with cloud-native networking tools such as Calico and MetalLB• Experience with distributed storage systems, preferably Ceph/NetApp

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Hiring Bonus:

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
