About the Role:
As a Spray & Glaze Machine Operator, you will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team responsible for ensuring high-quality fixed dental restorations through proper machine operation. This role will focus on efficiently operating the spray and glaze machine, handling pans and sorting by case type, and managing machine errors or alarms. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited about working with cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:Operate Efficiently:
Load and unload spray and glaze machines to ensure high-quality dental restorations.
Follow detailed specifications to meet customer expectations for staining and glazing.
Machine Expert:
Monitor machine operations and become the go-to person for machine functionality, minor repairs, and alarms.
Manage routine errors to keep the production line running smoothly.
Organization & Sorting:
Sort case pans by type and ensure they are married correctly for further processing.
Problem Solving:
Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and resolve common equipment and technology issues.
Partner with team members to reduce bottlenecks and improve workflow.
Quality Focus:
Ensure all restorations meet strict quality standards and lead by example in cleanliness and precision.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside other team members to maintain smooth operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and robust vision (including color recognition and depth perception).
High comfort level with digital tools and technology.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Organizational skills to keep work areas and machines clean and free from contamination.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
