Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Property Auctions team in our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Orange County, CA office. We're seeking a self-starter who is creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality work on time, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting the team and exceeding expectations. This role is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations, proposals, offering memoranda, and email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Canva).
- Coordinate and approve social media content and posts created by Corporate Marketing Team, maintain a proactive marketing communications schedule for Auction Brokers.
- Build and deploy email blasts and marketing campaigns through platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or MailChimp.
- Provide creative direction on layout and production of deliverables, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and style guides.
- Work with third-party vendors to advertise listings and support campaign needs.
- Assist in creating and updating floor plans, site plans, and other graphic elements as needed.
- Conduct research to create accurate and compelling marketing content.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and quality.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and graphic design, preferably within real estate.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including social media strategy and corporate branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong creative and design aesthetic, with the ability to develop effective visual solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Exceptional customer service, project management, and prioritization skills.
Additional Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with HTML and basic web design principles.
- Experience in commercial real estate marketing.
