Serving hundreds of thousands of clients in litigation and arbitration, we have prosecuted high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases. Our firm also acts as plaintiffs’ counsel in high-stakes public-enforcement actions. Purpose: Keller Postman seeks a hard-working, team-oriented, non-partner track Attorney with significant litigation experience to support its practice. The Attorney will be responsible for performing a variety of complex tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Tasks and projects must be executed with a high level of attention to detail.  

This position is fully remote; candidates must reside in the Central or East Coast time zone. The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus.   

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with partners and associates on specific tasks related to assigned cases.  
  • Prepare initial drafts of complex pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs for associates and partners on assigned cases. 
  • Correspond with individual clients, and draft communications to be used by our client services team. 
  • Handle client-facing litigation tasks such as fact gathering, case workups, document collection, and more.
  • Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw and other sources for associate and partner use.
  • Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors when necessary.  
  • Other duties as assigned.  

 Required Skills and Abilities: 

  • Experience with complex litigation. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.  
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, demanding environment. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.  
  • Ability to maintain a good temperament and demonstrate empathy when dealing with clients in stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of rules and procedures for various federal and state jurisdictions.  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.  
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Skilled in managing complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

Education/Experience: 

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. 
  • Three to five years of general litigation experience is preferred.  

 Certificates/Licenses Required: 

  • Must be an active member of a US State Bar and in good standing.
