Your Impact
  • Own the Instance: Take command of our Atlassian ecosystem through the observability of key metrics that guide responses to the challenges of the day.

  • Governance with Purpose: Strike a balance between security and enablement, identifying gaps and driving improvements to elevate governance practices while unleashing the potential of the user base.

  • Collaborative Problem Solver: Be the bridge between ResMed and Atlassian product teams, managing support requests, bug reports, and feature enhancements with our partners and vendors.

  • Champion User Excellence: Engage with internal stakeholders and Atlassian peers to track product adoption, foster user success, and pinpoint opportunities for growth across our Atlassian portfolio.

  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor emerging solutions in the Atlassian marketplace to keep ResMed ahead of the curve and ensure our workflows are supported with the best tools available.
