We’re looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Development Representative to help expand Astelia’s reach and bring our vision to more customers. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads and qualify existing leads
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services and the needs of our target market
- Use various sales tools and technologies to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other members of the demand generation team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct phone and video discovery calls with prospects
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound inquiries to move them further down the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics
- Willingness to learn or have proven experience in sales development or insides sales
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting technologies
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and/or emailing to generate new leads
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and effective objection handling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast paced environment
- Experience in cybersecurity or SAAS environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including qualification, discovery, and objection handling
- Creativity, persistence, and an interest in learning new skills
- Competitive by nature and a desire to pursue a career in sales
