Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Workforce Planning and Development Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team in San Antonio, TX.
In this position, you will gather, develop new curriculum needs, drive new processes, analyze, and interpret data from various sources while utilizing multiple tools/resources.

Position Responsibilities:
- Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research
- Assist in developing new curriculums, establishing/organizing, and creating workplace coaching library/data/tools
- Maintain customer Call Boards, identify/organize resource needs, and drive Workplace Coach Tools and Processes
- Add data-driven value to processes by gathering, analyzing, and translating metrics into actionable insights in executive-level presentations
- Maintain and improve process efficiency through the use of process methods, tools, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation, and data analysis
- Provide solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing, and integrating applicable internal data, external data, and building metrics for reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including staffing, strategic sourcing, and leadership, to support data-driven decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across various levels and functions
- Be self-driven and work without much oversight once understanding the objectives and processes
- Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Model and drive accountability
- Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes
- Work at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Drive collaboration across teams/functions at varying levels of leadership

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel applications using formulas, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams
- Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of experience interfacing and collaborating with senior and executive leadership
- Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
- Experience in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software
