Job Overview
This leadership position has oversight for AltaMed enterprise-wide strategic analytics processes to maximize AltaMed’s intelligence and insights on customer and business factors. As a leader in the strategy office led by the Chief Administrative Officer, this leader supports the development of enterprise strategies and aligning data creation, analytics and intelligence initiatives to prioritized enterprise focus areas. As a technical data and insights leader, this leader influences AltaMed’s enterprise-wide data governance, management and utilization processes, and partners with operational and clinical leadership and technical data leaders to design, implement, monitor and continuously improve processes that increase business intelligence and influence decisions impacting clinical, operational and performance outcomes. This leader serves as an analytics and insights lead and subject matter expert across the enterprise and will create, implement and oversee structured and effective processes with clients and partnering teams, ensuring a smooth engagement between end users and technical teams, and own the delivery of high quality and trusted data and analytics. Leader will be responsible for developing strategic metrics, forecasting, and leading market and environmental scan analysis. Additionally, this role deploys enterprise-wide strategic reporting system, and conducts qualitative and quantitative customer and market research to better understand customer and market opportunities, market conditions and customer expectations and needs to support business decisions, support growth and improving the customer experience. This leader also engages with data and operations leaders from AltaMed Health Services’ network partners to ensure operational and clinical leaders have access to accurate, timely and relevant data and information that impacts performance. Lastly, this role creates a culture of collaboration and quality, is a team player and leads efforts for establishing an environment of data-supported organizational decisions.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Master’s degree in business, health care, public administration or related field preferred.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership and management.
4. Minimum of 6 years of experience in collaborating and partnering with executive level leadership in the development and delivery of health and/or social service programs.
5. Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care administration with data management, reporting and analytics required.
6. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in use of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to produce data and information that supports strategy.
Compensation
$167,328.81 - $209,161.01 annually

The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization.
