YOUR MISSION
You’ll oversee Mural’s most critical customer segment. Reporting to the CRO, you’ll be both a hands-on leader and a strategic advisor, guiding our approach to account growth, partnering with teams, and staying directly engaged with customers. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring we have the right plays, insights, and structure in place to drive growth across our most strategic accounts. This role is for a proven sales leader who thrives on building trust with senior executives, driving revenue, and setting the pace for the organization. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with clear potential to grow into broader revenue leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own and drive the strategy, performance, and growth of Mural’s strategic accounts segment

Build deep, trusted relationships with key customers and serve as a senior executive sponsor

Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on customer advocacy, strategic growth, and exceeding revenue targets

Act as a trusted mentor and coach—translating strategy into action, empowering your team, and setting the tone by leading from the front

Drive forecasting, pipeline strategy, and performance reviews to improve operational discipline and accountability

Develop sales plays, coverage models, and forecasting processes to ensure predictability and performance

Align cross functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product on customer centric initiatives

Develop deep, senior-level relationships with key customer stakeholders to build trust and long-term strategic alignment

Differentiate Mural’s value by understanding customer goals and positioning our solutions to drive long-term success over competitors
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
-
8+ years of sales management experience selling SaaS solutions

4+ years leading a strategic team responsible for growing revenue in the existing customer base

Proven success leading strategic and enterprise accounts in a high-growth PLG environment

Track record of driving strategic revenue growth while building scalable systems and processes

A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder audiences

Deeply collaborative with a bias for action and the ability to lead from the front

Exceptional communicator and influencer, with experience working and successfully connecting across all levels and functions

Experience with multi-threaded sales techniques in large enterprises

Interest in design, design thinking, agile, and/or lean methodologies
The base + variable for this role ranges from $315,000 + $360,000 + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
