Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? We’re looking for an Associate Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic Homeowners and Condo product team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Agile Product Owner and be fully embedded in an Agile team, helping to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?  

  • Partner with the Agile Product Owner to understand strategic objectives and help prioritize the product backlog, including compliance updates, business requirements, and project support.

  • Write clear, actionable user stories with both functional and technical detail; validate completed stories to ensure alignment with requirements.

  • Ensure scope and priority are understood by the Scrum team, and are aligned to the roadmaps as defined by business goals.

  • Act as the liaison alongside the Agile Product Owner between business stakeholders and the Agile development team, ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Coordinate inter-team timelines and escalate issues to maintain project momentum.

  • Collaborate with the Agile team to define release dates and project scope.

  • Support production readiness and deployment activities to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Ensure that delivered work meets business needs by adhering to committed acceptance criteria.

  • Timely triage of incoming incidents/bugs/unplanned work for prioritization, in partnership with Scrum teams as needed to gather impact and root cause information.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • A minimum of 2 years in a Business Analyst role.

  • 1 year of experience working in an Agile methodology environment.

  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

  • Strong collaboration skills with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?  

  • Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Experience with sprint planning.

Pay Range:

$72,900.00 - $121,900.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
