About The Role
The Associate Talent Development Partner provides critical logistical and program support to the Sr. Manager, People Enablement in the execution of talent development initiatives. This role plays a key part in enhancing employee learning by managing the coordination, communication, and operational aspects of learning, onboarding, and performance programs. The Associate Talent Development Partner also supports the Employee Comms & Experience Director on engagement-related initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of programs that connect, inform, and inspire employees across the organization.
What You Will Do:
Learning & Development Program Support
- Coordinate logistics for employee learning, including scheduling, communications, materials, vendor support, and assessment
- Design and maintain e-learnings, job aids, and presentations using adult learning best practices
- Support administration of learning platforms (LMS)
- Facilitate live sessions as needed and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement
Onboarding Support
- Deliver and coordinate logistics for corporate onboarding sessions
- Design, maintain, and update onboarding resources, presentations, and scheduling
Talent Management Support
- Assist in deploying talent review and performance cycles in systems like Lattice
- Coordinate logistics for high-potential programs, succession planning efforts, and related talent initiatives
Employee Communications & Experience Support
- Create and schedule communications, refresh intranet and resource content, and maintain distribution lists
- Coordinate employee engagement platforms, swag, events, and vendor partnerships
- Collect and report on engagement data and feedback to support ongoing enhancements
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process invoices and track expenses across talent development and experience programs
- Contribute to the upkeep of the People Team’s internal knowledge base and digital hygiene
During the 1st Month:
- Learn Niche’s HR and learning tech stackBegin administrative support in platforms, content management, and communicationsBegin creating comms to support employee engagement
Within 3 Months:
- Coordinate logistics for learning sessions and workshops, including scheduling, material preparation, and participant communications
- Support onboarding sessions by preparing materials, coordinating with presenters, and sending welcome communications to new hires
- Assist in the administration of the LMS, including uploading content, managing user access, and generating reports
- Draft and distribute employee communications, such as slack engagement questions and announcements
- Take ownership for employee experience routines like gift cards, birthday cards, meals, and swag
Within 6 Months:
- Design and develop basic e-learning modules or job aids using authoring tools and incorporating adult learning principles
- Take ownership of specific onboarding or learning programs, coordinating all aspects from logistics to delivery and evaluation
- Set up and deliver performance management processes in Lattice
- Take ownership for employee experience comms plan and begin bringing new ideas to positively impact function engagement goals.
- Begin implementing innovative ideas in People Enablement related to process improvement, ai adoption, and technology usage
Within 12 Months:
- Facilitate components of onboarding, leadership development or skills development sessions or workshops
- Manage vendor relationships for specific learning or engagement programs, including negotiating contracts and managing deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes or enhance efficiency within talent development and employee experience programs
- Lead the design and implementation of new learning or engagement initiatives based on identified needs and organizational priorities
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Learning & Development or Talent Management support role or related administrative function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field preferred
- Ability to design and deliver engaging self-paced learnings, presentations, and communications
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or other HR technology platforms is a plus
- Ability to move quickly, adapt, experiment, and proactively solve problems
- Brings an experimental and innovative mindset to working with technology and AI
Compensation
Our national target base salary range is $65,600-$82,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
