The Associate Sourcing Analyst plays a central role in strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver value for both hospitals and suppliers. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and communicate with suppliers to help close deals and ensure smooth sourcing outcomes.
  • Drive sourcing events with hospitals and suppliers to deliver fair pricing and faster deals.
  • Analyze pricing, utilization, and market trends to uncover savings and strategic opportunities.
  • Support the Optimizer product by helping suppliers and hospitals leverage its insights effectively.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to enable collaboration and maximize value for both hospitals and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an analytical, operational, or client-facing environment.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new technology platforms.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives.
  • Clear communicator who can build trust and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Curious and motivated to grow a career in strategic sourcing, healthcare supply chain, or supplier engagement.
