Qualifications:

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $69,600 - $87,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

The Services Associate Engagement Manager role will play a supporting role in qualifying scoping, quoting, and landing large and complex Services Solutions. Preferred candidates possess a basic understanding of complex services solutions, with an ideal candidate having a breadth of knowledge regarding large-scale deployments, ongoing Day 2 operations, and building complex proposals. This candidate should be ready and willing to learn the intricacies of building complex solutions for internal and external stakeholders, and eventually become an expert at solutioning.
Additional candidate requirements include:
- Success in partnering with Senior Engagement Managers in complex selling processes
- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders (Primary: Leadership; Secondary: Delivery) to get consensus on solution / projects
- Coordinating with various external stakeholders (Primary: Technical Decision Makers, Secondary: Business Decision Makers) to get consensus on solution / projects
- Organization, reporting, and support of customer engagements is critical
Responsibilities:
- Supporting complex solution builds through collaboration with multiple departments
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Basic understanding of the core technologies WWT sells with more in-depth knowledge of the technologies supported within the Services Organization, specifically around large scale deployments and ongoing manage services
- House / update customer presentation / collateral around our Advisory services for Sales and Senior engagement manager use
- Pipeline / SFDC / Smartsheet Hygiene to include weekly updates, team meetings and partner meetings
- Support Engagement managers and Sales with up to date collateral and eventually expertise of our Advisory and Partner practice
- Responsible for the process of engagement, internal meetings, channel partner meeting, registration of opportunities, coordination of partner and customer meetings on the value of our proposals
- Responsible for growth in understanding our services and solutions over time
- Responsible for professional growth in both business and technology to meet or exceed annual planning laid out by leadership for this role
