Your Role: 

The Associate Sales Manager, EAI Robotics will lead sales of our robotics and AI-powered products across online marketplaces, offline retail channels, trade shows, and direct B2B sales. This role is pivotal in driving FF’s mission to deliver a seamless, user-centric purchase experience while maximizing sales performance and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online & Marketplace Sales
  • Develop and manage sales through online retailers and marketplaces, including: Amazon, Tiktok shop, Specialty tech and robotics retailers, Direct-to-consumer platforms.
  • Optimize product positioning, pricing strategy, promotions, and launches in collaboration with marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory, fulfillment, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Offline & Channel Sales
  • Drive sales through offline channels, including: Trade shows and industry events, Retail stores and automotive distributors, Direct sales to business customers (B2B).
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard new retail and distribution partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, demos, and partner meetings.
  • Internal Execution & Deal Management
  • Push sales orders, contracts, and marketing agreements through internal approval and execution processes.
  • Coordinate with: Operations and supply chain Marketing and branding, Finance and legal
  • Ensure orders, campaigns, and partnerships are executed accurately and on time.
  • Market & Product Feedback
  • Provide feedback from customers and partners to product and engineering teams.
  • Identify new use cases, features, and market opportunities for robotics and AI products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail, sales, or direct-to-user environments, with 2+ years in a management role. Automotive or tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-touch, user-first experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce); data-literate and KPI-oriented.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, service, and operations.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving company with ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of electric vehicle or sustainable mobility sectors
  • Experience launching or scaling DTC (direct-to-user) retail channels
  • Familiarity with digital and omnichannel sales tools

 Annual Salary Range:

($120,000 - $140,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
