Associate Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)

This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner Yoh Services.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Recruiting team with conducting and scheduling phone screenings, and onsite interviews
• Regularly and accurately update and maintain recruiting database and documents
• Facilitating and tracking of onsite and offsite department tests
• Strong ability to showcase the Naughty Dog brand
• Assist with onboarding process including the formatting and updating of new hire documents
• Assist with coordinating company events when needed
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

• Must have desire to be part of the Naughty Dog Recruiting Team
• Have exceptional and graceful writing skills that efficiently communicate messages
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products and Adobe document systems
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop successful relationships with outside networks
• Experience in use of search engines, job sites, and social networks, with the ability to provide other creative means for recruitment
• Ability to brainstorm solutions and drive in results in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-manage immediate / long term tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong sensibility of a team-player and driven by goals set by the organization
• Flexibility to take on tasks outside of job description

Extras:

• Working knowledge of video game development disciplines
• Knowledge of local law and legal guidelines to advise on hiring practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or Marketing preferred but not required
