An Associate Project Manager, leads or coordinates project teams from design to delivery. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Gains familiarity with Project Management concepts, practices and methodologies.
  • With guidance, performs standard Project Management duties, including: Needs assessment, Initial scoping and planning, Cost estimation and budgeting, Scheduling, Team member selection and facilitation, Risk management, Documentation, including preparation of communication and presentation packages, and Post-project evaluation.
  • Learns and applies the company's Project Management policies and guidelines. Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Project and Program Management.
    • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

    The annual base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $60,000.  Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
