Coordinates aspects of a product or service offering project for our Transformation Office and provides administrative and operational assistance to the executive team. Involved in interaction with program managers, architects, developers, consultants, and other members of cross-functional teams. Project administration, strong communication, time management and organizational skills required. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure project success.
* What you will do:
* Project administration, strong communication, time management and organizational skills required.
* Documents, tracks, and communicates project issues, aids in bringing to resolution. Documents lessons learned and shares appropriately with colleagues.
* Identifies and escalates difficult situations with project team and escalates to leadership accordingly
* Coordinates team efforts to consistently meet project success factors and exceed client expectations.
* Has clear and concise communication. Leads and facilitates both live and virtual meetings. Keeps meetings on track, on topic and summarizes assigns and publishes follow up items in a timely manner.
* Can effectively build consensus with the project team.
* Demonstrates effective listening skills.
* Manage scheduling, expenses and travel
* Schedule and coordinate project and team meetings including agenda, attendees and activites
* Produce operational and program updates/reports
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree in business or computer related field; 3 years of administration, operations or project management experience,
* OR
* 7 years of relevent administration, operations or project management experience.
* Experience in delivery of Infrastructure Project Management, a plus.
* Working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary in deploying technology solutions, a plus.
* A professional, customer-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners and peers is a must.
* Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary.
* Ability to travel as necessary.
* Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective, a plus.
* Applies discretion when dealing with sensitive/confidential information.
* Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
* Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into a readily understandable and presentable format.
* Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
* Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
* Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
