As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
- Create, implement, and manage business operational processes and frameworks
- Develop clear, actionable project plans and schedules for engineering and product delivery initiatives
- Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and scope
- Prepare, coordinate, and synthesize inputs for executive presentations, ensuring cohesive and clear deliverables
- Streamline and improve business operations, enabling engineering teams to work more efficiently
- Identify and raise business risks early, supporting discussions and strategies for mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 1-2 years of project management or operational experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
