CourtAvenue Associate Project Managers are emerging leaders who support the delivery of high-quality digital work across client engagements. Working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and digital project workflows. You will have the opportunity to learn foundational project management skills and contribute meaningfully to work that shapes the digital experiences of today’s leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of digital projects, including large-scale marketing websites, content refreshes, feature rollouts, and new page launches.
- Collaborate with project leads to build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear, organized documentation including meeting notes, status updates, and risk logs.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, progress, and any potential blockers.
- Monitor progress across sprints and workstreams, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet expectations and standards.
- Assist in resource coordination and scheduling across projects.
- Bring a solutions-oriented mindset to project challenges and provide clear, timely communication to project teams.
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
- Client Communication (as needed): Participate in internal and client meetings, assist in preparing presentations or status updates.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to capture and share information clearly.
- Interest in digital project management and marketing websites.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms like Basecamp, Jira, Monday or Trello
- Enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams and contributing to meaningful digital work.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to content management systems (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Drupal).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Experience with digital, UX/UI, or brand work for a client or clients.
