Are you a master of turning big ideas into reality and thriving in a fast-paced, creative playground? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Associate Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team at Exploding Kittens!


In this role, you'll take the reins on small-scale projects, driving them forward with minimal support from the Senior Project Manager. You'll keep the gears of our operation running smoothly by maintaining up-to-date cross-functional documentation, helping schedule key meetings, and ensuring project information is always flowing to the right people. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Manage small-scale projects from start to finish with some support from the PM and above
  • Examples of these projects may include product reprints, redesigns, variations of existing games, coordinating assets for sales and marketing, and other small-scale game initiatives
  • Serve as the main contact for your projects, ensuring smooth communication and cross-functional alignment
  • Regularly report project progress, risks, and changes to the PMO support team, actively participating in problem-solving to keep projects on track
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather project scope, communicate throughout product development to align with their vision, and secure their approval to move the product into development

WHAT WE NEED:

  • 1-2 years of related project management experience, ideally has experience in the production of physical consumer goods 
  • Proficient experience in G-Suite Applications
  • Project management Tool experience preferred
  • Critical and creative thinker who tackles problems head-on
  • Resourceful and independent, knowing when to find solutions and when to ask for help.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping key details easily accessible
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Embraces feedback with a growth mindset and applies it immediately
