About the Role

We're expanding our User Acquisition/Paid Media team and seeking a contract Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee creative asset management for our marketing programs, ensuring all assets are accurate, effective, and delivered on time. You'll coordinate with internal teams, manage global asset libraries, and support digital campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to meet project objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring completion and quality delivery
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
About You
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or marketing project management (internships count), with experience creating organized systems for managing creative assets.
  • Experienced in creating organized systems for managing creative assets.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Interest or experience in the video entertainment industry is a plus.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
