We are Wild Card

Born in Hollywood, we know what stories move audiences – and how to bring brands into the action.

We connect brands with global markets, crafting high-impact experiences through a blend of creativity and data on screen, in-game and beyond.

Every moment is an opportunity to build genuine connections, because everyone wants to be part of a great story.

At Wild Card, we create immersive campaigns that connect brands and entertainment properties with audiences in meaningful ways. Our High Volume Studio specializes in delivering creative assets at scale, producing large quantities of AV/motion, static, and digital deliverables across multiple clients with speed, precision, and consistency.

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support high-volume creative operations and help drive efficient, scalable workflows. This is a 3 month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing complex multi-asset pipelines, and is passionate about using strong processes and emerging technologies to power production at scale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by keeping large volumes of deliverables moving seamlessly from intake through final delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of high-volume creative projects across multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Track and coordinate large quantities of deliverables across motion, static, digital, and A/V formats, ensuring alignment with briefs, specs, and deadlines.
  • Create and manage tickets within internal workflow systems (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, or similar tools) to maintain visibility across all active workstreams.
  • Monitor asset pipelines, feedback cycles, and approvals to ensure efficient turnaround times.
  • Maintain organized documentation of project scopes, timelines, dependencies, versioning, and delivery specs across scaled campaigns.
  • Proactively flag risks related to capacity, timelines, or feedback delays in a high-volume production environment.
  • Assist with resource tracking and capacity planning to balance workload across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, designers, editors, and account teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support scalable creative production.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of emerging tools and technologies that drive operational efficiencies.

Required Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or creative operations within an agency, studio, production, or marketing environment.
  • Experience managing high-volume or multi-asset workflows across multiple clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize a large number of deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate timelines, risks, and status updates.
  • Ability to remain calm and detail-focused in deadline-driven environments.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates bottlenecks and escalates risks appropriately.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven tools that support scalable creative production.
  • Passion for entertainment, brands, and creative marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
