To join our team! CLEAResult’s Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team is expanding, and has a new opportunity for the position of Associate Program Manager. As Associate Program Manager, you will lead SEM programs for one client or support SEM programs for multiple clients and guide commercial and industrial facilities in saving energy through coaching and applying the principles of continuous improvement to energy management. This role is focused on excellence in program implementation and client relationships, and will work collaboratively with a program team to meet client goals.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Manage project reporting, budgeting and tracking for multiple client programs and dozens of participant companies
  • Plan and partner with SEM coaches and program managers for both on- site and behind-the-scenes program implementation
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain communications and data sharing systems between clients, customers and internal team
  • Evaluate program performance and make recommendations on marketing actions
  • Analyze and provide historical data for client and internal use – could be in the form of graphics, text content or other.
  • Oversee a team of direct reports/ people manage
  • Troubleshoot participant challenges to ensure program attains the saving goals
  • Help specific program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching
  • Write and review reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create technical content and intellectual property

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 4+ years professional experience, with experience in energy efficiency or utility programs preferred
  • 0-2 years of people management experience

Target Salary Range:

$110,000-$115,000

Compensation Range

$90,900.00 - $136,300.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
