YOU

You are an organized, proactive professional who combines product marketing coordination with a strong focus on workflow clarity, alignment, and operational effectiveness. You enjoy supporting product launches, developing marketing tools and assets, and helping cross-functional teams move work from idea to execution. You bring structure to ambiguity by maintaining accurate plans, tracking priorities, supporting team systems, and communicating clear status updates, risks and next steps. You are a hub for communication, planning and collaboration across Product Marketing and its cross-functional partners. You should possess a flexible, roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude with a strong passion for optimized efficiency. Strong organization, clear communication, attention to detail, and an interest in improving how work gets done will be important in this combined role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)

Support the planning and execution of product launches, including collateral development, launch support assets, presentations, internal announcements, training materials, and other launch-related deliverables. Manage smaller-scale launches or clearly defined workstreams with guidance. Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers & Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Creative, Digital, Packaging, Channel Marketing and other partners to gather input, track dependencies, communicate status, and support on-time delivery of final materials. (35%)

Maintain marketing project workflows, timelines, resource information, requests and status reporting using Planview, Smartsheet, Lytho, Highspot, Salesforce, and other approved marketing and productivity platforms. Support the administration and continuous improvement of product marketing processes, templates, intake practices, documentation, team operating rhythms, and workflow standards. Support training, onboarding, meeting agendas, scheduling and follow-up actions that strengthen consistency, readiness, and alignment across the marketing team. (35%)

Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and recurring reports that support decision-making and provide visibility to workload, project progress, launch readiness, risks and operational performance. Review information for completeness and accuracy and identify gaps or issues requiring management attention. (30%)

Serve as a day-to-day support contact for assigned marketing workflow and sales enablement platforms, helping users follow established processes and escalating technical or strategic issues when needed. (On-going)

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college, preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, communications or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders with accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn technical product categories and translate information into clear marketing materials and status updates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and project-management or collaboration platforms; familiarity with Planview, Smartsheet, Lytho, Highspot, Salesforce, dashboard tools or learning-management systems is helpful.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project and asset information, synthesize updates, and call attention to risks, gaps, dependencies or decisions needed.
  • Collaborative, professional,  service-oriented approach and the confidence to coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Creative, Digital, Packaging, Channel Marketing and other partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving processes, documentation, training and team effectiveness.
  • Experience in construction, building materials, technical products or sales enablement is a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIRED

This position requires domestic travel up to 5% of the time.

WORK STATUS & LOCATION

This full-time, exempt position is located in Pleasanton, CA, with the possible ability for remote work.

RELOCATION

Relocation is not available for this position.

PAY

$79,900 - $100,000 / year
