Description

Tufin’s Product Management team is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with customers, sales, R&D, solutions team, business development, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with Product Managers in making key product decisions, conducting market research and competitive analysis, delivering product demos, and knowledge transfer activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and other members of the organization.
  • Conduct Market fit and competitive research in support of new product initiatives as well as ensuring a strong market position for existing offerings.
  • Coordinate & lead customer interviews, both over the phone and in-person, to deepen personal and organizational understanding of our customers’ needs and desires.
  • Prepare & deliver clear, compelling presentations to customers, colleagues, and superiors
  • Attend regularly scheduled customer events & industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and meet with clients to maintain an on-the-pulse knowledge of our users and the use cases that drive their successful outcomes.
  • Seek out and interpret user feedback and market research data to guide product development.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, strong security background, leadership skills and passion to make an industry-wide impact



Requirements
  • Proven experience in networking and network security
  • Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
  • Excellent communication, writing and verbal, and presentation skills in English
  • Effective evangelist of product/technology to both internal and external audiences
  • Customer facing experience – an advantage
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in QA, tech support or product development – an advantage
  •  B. Sc. degree in computer science or related discipline – an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (25%)
