Job Summary: 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to assist our Product Managers in product development efforts in support of our platform team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaboration. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, design, and wealth management to assist in creating and delivering exceptional products for internal clients. You will also provide user support including; data feed maintenance and support, responding to general inquiries, troubleshooting, report generation, enhancement recommendations, and training as necessary. This platform is the backbone of our relationship with our clients, tracking action items and acting as a repository for information. It facilitates the connection at the heart of our work. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to support the design, development, and delivery of internal products and applications. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of business needs and help prioritize initiatives that drive measurable outcomes. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives. 
  • Document and maintain current business processes, internal workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Define and refine functional and technical requirements, user stories, and reporting outputs. 
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, identify process gaps, and recommend enhancements. 
  • Manage a portfolio of integration projects from planning through execution. 
  • Develop and implement repeatable processes to streamline product delivery and communication. 
  • Oversee support queues, triage incoming requests, and prioritize based on urgency and business impact. 
  • Provide user support, including data feed maintenance, troubleshooting, report generation, and training. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Product Manager. 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Product Management, Technology, or Business Administration. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. 
  • Experience with tools such as Halo, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Box. 
  • Product Management certifications are a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Working Conditions: Professional office environment.  Working inside. Standing and sitting. Will be assigned to a workstation.
