What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Associate Product Manager to support our growing Product team. You’ll bring curiosity, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to every stage of the product lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have:
1–3 years of experience in a product, business analyst, or project coordinator role (tech or e-commerce experience a plus)
Proficiency in research and data analysis, with the ability to synthesize findings clearly
Basic understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets (SQL or data tools a plus)
A desire to grow into a full product ownership role
What you’ll do:
Gather business and user requirements through interviews, data analysis, and competitive research
Create and maintain feature-level documentation, including product specs, use cases, and user stories
Conduct user testing, QA, and validation activities to ensure high-quality feature releases
Translate customer feedback and research into actionable product insights
Support project management functions—tracking milestones, updating timelines, and coordinating team deliverables
Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings to identify and refine opportunities
Present updates and research findings to internal stakeholders, with guidance
Continuously improve your product knowledge and project ownership skills
How you’ll be measured:
Accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation and deliverables
Quality and timeliness of product support tasks, including research, testing, and stakeholder communication
Contribution to feature success through preparation, coordination, and follow-through
Ability to take ownership of small initiatives with increasing independence
Team feedback and collaboration effectiveness across Product, Design, Engineering, and other functions

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth and insightful product development. Your work ensures that our product team has the clarity and coordination it needs to deliver solutions that inspire our customers. This is a foundational role for future product leadership and innovation at Custom Ink.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
For this salaried exempt position is $75,000 - $85,000 plus a performance bonus targeted at 5% of base salary, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
