Key Responsibilities
Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation.
Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply.
Collaborate closely with R&D to define and develop customer-focused innovations.
Lead development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for new products.
Develop product release plans, including commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.
Keys to Success
Education:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences required
MBA or relevant product management experience a plus.
Experience
2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role within the Life Sciences industry
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Strong customer focus, ownership, and drive.
Proficiency in market analysis and customer research methodologies.
Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product features and improvements.
Expertise in developing cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.
Familiarity with supply and demand forecasting and its impact on business strategy.
Self-starter with the ability to create and implement plans with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams.
Strong planning skills, and comfortable making decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Travel: Up to 25% travel required.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $91,700.00–$140,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
