As an Associate Producer, you will support production management of Platform Events at Roblox. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, large-scale events (e.g. Hunt Mega Edition) that captivate millions of players across the Roblox platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building games on Roblox with background in production, project management, or technical development. This role will report to Platform Events Producer. 

In this role, you will:

  • Support production management from development to launch of Events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and facilitate deliverables and deadlines 
  • Build and support production schedules
  • Collaborate with external creators  
  • Support stand-ups, communication channels, and team updates   

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Proven track record of production or development experience at Roblox 
  • Strong understanding of Roblox community, developers and players 
  • Understanding of game design, principles and mechanics
  • Experience working with creators and developers 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and iterative LiveOps environment 
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and you thrive in ambiguity 
  • Superb organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Roblox Studio development skills preferred, but not required

This contract role can be onsite or remote and is 40 hours/week for 6 months to start and will adjust based on the needs of the business.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits on this page are applicable to this hourly position.

Hourly Pay Range
$20$25 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
