The Role 

The Platforms and Technology Associate will be responsible for ensuring successful, on-time and high-quality implementation of digital advertising campaigns in conjunction with other activation and investment teams. They will report to a direct supervisor and be responsible for accurate and efficient trafficking of our digital ad campaigns across multiple advertisers. Their primary tasks will include trafficking and monitoring digital marketing campaigns in CM360 for Autos, DAT and Entertainment clients. This person will be able to quickly learn and develop in-depth knowledge of ad serving and measurement tools to solve technical issues and improve process efficiency. 


DAY TO DAY: 

Receive media plan details from investment team and implement within ad server accurately 

Troubleshoot ad campaigns for delivery issues and technical concerns   

Learn and master the processes and systems related to trafficking and workflow management of digital advertising campaigns 

Deliver a quality of work and communication that is thorough and professional  

Create, submit and QA floodlight requests to measure site traffic and media effectiveness  


TEAM SUPPORT 

Participate in meetings with direct, activation and investment teams   

Act as a resource for other activation and investment teams when issues and questions arise 

Alert team members of internal tool issues and contribute to documentation of best practices and trafficking processes    


DIGITAL TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES 

The Specialist should learn and maintain expertise in digital marketing technologies essential to digital deployment, tracking and optimization; including: 

Ad servers (CM360) 

Bulk-trafficking and automation tools (Bulkdozer, RPA bots) 

Viewability and ad verification (Moat, DoubleVerify, IAS) 

Audience Verification and brand study partners (Dynata, Nielsen) 

Digital media activation workflow 


QUALIFICATIONS 

Attention to detail and time management skills 

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools 

Strong organizational and analytical skills 

Ability to learn digital activation platforms 

Proactive, organized, and dedicated team player 

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 


Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
