MediaLink is seeking an Operations Associate to support our internal operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership to enhance team effectiveness, streamline processes, and enable informed decision making. This position spans a broad remit from operational strategy and workflow optimization to data reporting, systems management and vendor coordination – all while identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage cross-functional tasks with precision, and has a passion for operational excellence.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do:  

  • Support Operations initiatives to drive efficiency and outcomes and proactively identify potential issues that could impact success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations, supporting daily operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring operational consistency across teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and draft policies, SOPs, and implementation plans to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Manage data platforms leveraged by teams to ensure timely entry and accuracy of data 
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI
  • Leverage analytics to enable data-driven decision making and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of relevant data
  • Support tracking of active client engagements including timeline, resourcing and profitability
  • Coordinate and manage the contracting process with clients and vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external operational systems and third-party vendors
  • Liaise with IT to resolve technical issues and manage hardware/software requirements

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of work experience in consulting, operations, or strategy
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience and knowledge of BI and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with the following tools and platforms preferred: Salesforce, PowerBI, Hive, Lattice, Otter.AI
  • Detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality, eager to make a meaningful impact within the company
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • A willingness to learn and comfort tackling new problems
  • Knowledge and understanding of media/advertising/technology industry terms is a plus
