Job Description
- Manage Marketing Ops Requests: Oversee incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues, and identify trends for process improvement.
- Support Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, events, and paid media.
- Ensure Data Quality: Develop and maintain processes to improve accuracy and completeness of prospect and customer data in CRM systems.
- Monitor Lead Flow: Resolve routing issues, maintain database integrity, and uphold SLAs for timely prospect engagement.
- Assist with Reporting & Analytics: Help create reports and analyze data to drive better decision-making and campaign performance.
- Perform Data Enrichment: Use third-party sources to enhance lead and contact data, recommending improvements for business impact.
- Process Lists: Prepare and upload tradeshow, partner, and webinar lists into CRM with accurate statuses and field values.
- Support Infrastructure: Participate in testing and implementing new tools, features, and process enhancements within marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in marketing operations, analytics, sales operations, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing/sales data.
- Familiarity with campaign support, lead management, and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process consistency.
- Ability to document workflows and follow established operational procedures.
