Reporting to the Marketing Senior Program Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated auto insurance marketing plans across multiple markets to support business objectives. This role oversees strategic allocation and management of large-scale marketing budgets to drive efficient lead generation and policy growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop, optimize, and execute integrated marketing plans that achieve performance goals efficiently.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including lead volume/cost per lead and sales/ cost per sale on a semi-weekly basis.
Own accountability for lead generation and cost-efficiency targets.
Manage media budgets and marketing plans, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Lead media strategy, planning, and execution to support policy acquisition, business quality, and retention.
Leverage industry research and collaborate with product management and research teams to inform marketing initiatives.
Work closely with Optimizations, Activations, sales and database partners to align performance insights across all media channels.
Utilize media planning and analytics tools, including Analytic Partners, to develop and optimize market-level media plans.
Ability to develop and deliver performance metrics informed by advanced analytics, market research, and strategic insights, with strong presentation and public speaking skills for senior leadership audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
6+ years of experience managing integrated marketing plans and large-scale budgets.
Strong expertise in media planning, analytics, and performance optimization.
Broad-based and direct marketing experience supporting large-scale campaigns.
Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to apply analytics, research, segmentation, and competitive insights to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience managing vendor and agency relationships.
Ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications; experience with Adobe tools and Tableau preferred.
Experience with project managements systems, such as Monday.com preferred.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$86,100.00 - $115,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
